| What are the pick-up procedures from Pearson International Airport ? | |
| Upon arrival clear customs and collect luggage. Then proceed to the “Pre-arranged Limo” pick up area outside on the arrivals level. Tell the commissionaire your name and that you are there for Network Limo. He/She will then have your car sent up to the pre-arranged. | |

| What is your Cancellation Policy ? | |
| 1. If the car is cancelled 1 hour or more before scheduled
pickup time, (within Toronto) no charge. Outside Toronto as per our discretion. 2. If the car is cancelled less than 1 hour before scheduled pick-up time, but not past pick-up time, a $25.00 charge applies. 3. If the car is cancelled past the schedule pick up time, a full charge applies. |

| What happens if my flight is cancelled ? | |
| 1. If a flight is cancelled, and we do
not receive a call from the client, there will be no car waiting. And therefore,
no charge. 2. If a client fails to show up at the airport under any circumstances, i.e. missed connecting flight, changed flight, lost luggage at airport, and we do not receive a cancellation call, full charges apply. |

| What should I do if I encounter delays after my flight has arrived ? | |
